You'll need to bring:
A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport,
military ID)
All documents requiring notarization
The signer(s) must be present — I cannot notarize documents
without you there
Acceptable forms of identification include:
Driver's license or state ID
US Passport or Passport Card
Military ID (CAC Card)
Tribal ID
The ID must be current (not expired) and contain a photo and
signature.
Same-day appointments are often available! I offer flexible
scheduling including evenings and weekends. Simply fill out the
booking form or call me directly, and I'll do my best to accommodate
your schedule.
I come to you! Some common locations include:
Your home
Your office or workplace
Hospital or healthcare facility
Senior living or care facility
Public location like a library or coffee shop
I accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the
time of notarization.
During the appointment, I will:
Verify your identity using your government-issued ID
Review the document(s) to ensure they are complete
Witness you sign the document(s)
Complete the notarial certificate and apply my seal
The process is quick and typically takes just a few minutes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as
possible. I understand that life happens and plans can change. There
is no fee for cancellations made with adequate notice.
